1. Service Booking: –

To secure a service, bookings must be made through our booking form, email, or phone. Please note that TIDY AND TOUCH reserves the right to accept or decline requests. 

2. Pricing & Payment: –

Prices are communicated before service and may change with advance notice.

Payment must be made upon service completion unless a prior arrangement is in place.

Late payments may result in additional fees.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling: –

   We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations, as shorter

   Notice may incur a fee.

   We’re happy to help reschedule your booking, subject to availability.

4. Access to Property: –

 The client is responsible for providing access to the premises at the agreed appointment time. Any delay or inability to access the property may result in extra fees or partial completion of services. 

5. Satisfaction Guarantee:-

We aim to maintain the highest standards of service. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion, and we will take reasonable steps to remedy the matter in a timely manner.

6. Liability:-

Although reasonable care is taken during service delivery, Tidy and Touch shall not be held liable for:

Any pre-existing damage or deterioration

Loss or damage to valuable items not disclosed in advance

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all fragile or high-value items are properly stored prior to the commencement of services.

7. Use of the Website: –

You agree to use the Tidy and Touch website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse its content or functionality. All website content, including text, images, and branding, remains the intellectual property of Tidy and Touch and may not be reproduced without express written consent.

8. Changes to Terms: –

Tidy and Touch may amend these Terms & Conditions at its discretion. Any updates will take effect upon publication, and continued use of our services signifies your agreement to the revised Terms.
